Emily is a dedicated and compassionate NYS Licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a strong track record of supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges across the lifespan and across clinical and community-based settings. She holds a masters degree in psychology and an advanced certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis. With over 15 years working in the field of developmental disabilities, 10 years of hands-on experience in behavior intervention and applied behavior analysis, and 4 years working with adults, Emily has consistently demonstrated her expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), developing individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve client outcomes. Emily's work is grounded in empathy, clinical integrity, and a genuine passion for making a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals and families she serves.
